QSM3 (Quantum Spinal Mechanics 3) is a gentle upper cervical chiropractic method. Rather than twisting or popping the spine, the practitioner measures your posture and weight distribution, then applies precise, low-force corrections at the top of the neck to bring the whole body back into balance. What is the Softwave TRT?
SoftWave TRT is a form of extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT). A handheld applicator sends low-intensity acoustic waves into the injured area, which increases local blood flow and prompts the body's own repair response. Sessions take about 10 to 15 minutes and involve no needles, no medication and no downtime. Most patients are seen once or twice a week over several weeks. It is used most often for knee, shoulder, back, neck and heel pain, and for sciatica and neuropathy.
